HSBC is proud to have acted as the Joint Bookrunner, UKEF Facilities Coordinating Mandated Lead Arranger, Joint Green Loan Coordinator, MLA, Account Bank and Lender for Eren Holding AS's €775 million multi-currency green loan package supported by various Export Credit Agencies.
The funds will finance the conversion of an existing newsprint mill into a new recycled paper containerboard manufacturing facility and an FSC-certified tissue paper manufacturing facility for the Shotton Mill Project in Wales, UK.
